We can carry out pre-training evaluation to assess the current level of knowledge and report on which areas would be the most beneficial to cover and provide you with a personalised training plan.

Floor walking is offered where it is difficult for staff to attend sessions or you would prefer someone to train staff at their desks with any requirements relating specifically to their job role.

In addition to helping with immediate training issues we may also be able to help with identifying opportunities for improvement in the use of your IT systems or some general advice and tips and tricks.

Course durations vary dependent upon the course required but will usually be either half or full day and can take place on your premises with your equipment, or we can bring laptops.

Alternatively off-site training can be arranged.
